The RTO, Road transport office employ these contract lifters who pick up vehicles in the no parking area and toe / carry them to the designated areas wherein the defaulter can pay up the fine and toeing charges and get the vehicles releases, more than a deterrent this is becoming good business for the 'lifters' looking at the number of vehicles and lesser parking spaces…
