Boiled Corns on Streets

The climate is nice and cool, this creates a good demand for boiled corns and the carts are back on the streets selling them… the rainfall have still not picked up to the extend that there is a scarcity of water and thus there are few water tankers plying around ( seen in the background here) to fulfill the daily water needs in some areas…

I have always admired your country and its vast panoramas. I can still see the long roads with palm-like trees along each side. An elephant here or there. Nice country. Nice to see people are selling corn on the cob.

I didn't realize that corn was eaten on the cob in India the way it is eaten in North America.

u wont believe if I say , I am addicted to boiled maize and corns... !! all time fav...!! in winter, in my place, thats been my staple food, when my dad grows them in our kitchen garden...!! Every week I hog on them here... :)
