Brigade Road perhaps becomes hot space on weekends as all the parking lots are full and the parking meters are busy making money so are the attendants with hefty tips… now that the festive season is on this week, this place would heat up even more ….

Luckily, in Kuwait we still have a lot of open spaces to park. Yet people don't want to park a little distance away and walk so this is the story here too.
